People go through their whole lives chasing everything in the material world, and they fail to discover the greatest treasure of all, which is within them. Shut your eyes to the outside world. Direct your thoughts and words to the inside of you. The Master within you is the key to all the treasures in the world.
Rebirth is not a belief, it is a fact. According to Science, whatever effect emerging from a cause will have to merge with the cause ultimately. Similarly your mind is the cause for the birth and mind is existing because of the conscious cause. The mind has to merge with the consciousness (Paramatma). Then you are relieved from the cycle of rebirths.

Match Making in Indian Vedic Astrology

Marriage is a very solemn binding for the bride and the groom. In India it is a very sacred occasion for the Hindus. The parents and the aged relatives of the boy and the girl to be married take great care before getting them engaged in wedlock as there is no turning back from the marriage vow. To ensure a long and happy married life, the ancient Indian sages and saints devised a method to check the matrimonial adaptability or marriageable compatibility which is called 'Marriage Matching' or 'Match-making'.

They devised the method of matching by Koota Agreement based on the Birth Stars of the boy and the girl. Originally they recommended 20 kootas. But out of these only 10 kootas are considered for the actual horoscope matching and in some parts of India only 8 kootas are considered. Hence it also popularly known as "Das Poritham" in Hindi or 10 Porutham in Tamil.

The 10 Kootas or the 10 Poruthams
According to Indian Astrological principles there are 28 Nakshathras (Stars) in an oval round called the zodiac and the Navagrahas (the nine planets ) which transit this Zodiac. This heavenly constitution exert their combined astral influences on human beings. The Kootas agreement is ascertained by examining the birth stars and the Janma rasis, of the boy and girl. Each koota has a specific role or a part to play.

Truth is beyond time and mind or space

The quest to know God is the quest to know the truth. All identifications we hold in our minds - be it nationality, religion, race, or sex are but concepts in our mind. A concept is just another idea that we hold in our memory. These mental concepts, our limited identifications with the world outside, itself become the obstacle to know the truth, as truth is beyond time - it is beyond mind itself. Also, since words arise out of the mind, anything we say about the truth itself corrupts, dilutes and distorts the truth. Truth can only be experienced in silence, when time and mind cease to exist.

The Five White Poisons

In 1962, Dr. Frank Logsdon, former pastor of the famous Moody Memorial Church in Chicago over the dinner table, he told a fascinating story of how he had had cancer and -- rather than going the medical route -- had gone to the Page Institute in Tampa, Florida.

At this Institute, he was told to remove five white foods from his diet, and to switch to a raw vegetarian/fruitarian diet. MEAT!

MEAT contains white fat! The average American meat eater puts over 50 pounds of fat (cholesterol) into their body per year! This fat clogs the arteries, ultimately causing the heart attacks and strokes that will kill approximately 50 percent of our population.

Meat is also the culprit in causing colon cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer and other forms of cancer. Cancer is responsible for 33 percent of American deaths.

And meat is the primary cause of adult-onset diabetes, which kills 9 percent of our population. Meat also causes gout and arthritis and a host of other physical problems.

We are told that we need meat for protein and strength, but we are not told that the cooking of meat changes the molecular structure of the protein and renders the protein in meat unusable by the body. If we look to nature, we will find that there is not a single animal in the wild that cooks the flesh it eats! Seventeen years of research has revealed meat as it is produced today to be the single most dangerous food that we put into our body.
.
DAIRY is the second most dangerous substance we can put into our bodies for many of the same reasons. We are told milk is the perfect food, and needed for calcium. But we are not told that the pasteurizing of milk (heating it to temperatures of 160 degrees or higher) changes the calcium to an inorganic form, which cannot be assimilated by the body. Read Dr. Kradjians's letter to his milk patients:

In nature, no animal pasteurizes its milk... and no animal drinks the milk of another species, nor does it ever drink milk after the age of weaning. The only source of bad cholesterol (LDL) is animal products! ANIMAL PRODUCTS ARE NOT GOOD FOOD!!!

SALT is another white substance that creates untold physical problems and suffering. The body needs sodium, but it must be in an organic form in order to be usable by the body. Table salt, sodium chloride, is an inorganic sodium compound formed by the union of sodium and chlorine that is extremely toxic to the body, causing it to retain fluid in an effort to keep this protoplasmic poison in suspension and out of the cells.

SUGAR is the fourth white substance creating our physical problems. Sugar is so changed and concentrated from its original plant form... that it is actually a drug! Just 10 teaspoons (approximately the amount found in one soft drink) will immobilize the immune system by about 33 percent. Approximately 30 teaspoons of sugar will shut down the immune system for a whole day.

WHITE FLOUR has had all the good substances (bran and germ) removed during processing. Then it is bleached, sometimes with a bleaching agent similar to Clorox. Finally, they add some coal-tar-derived (carcinogenic) vitamins and it is sold to the unsuspecting public as "enriched." WHITE FLOUR IS NOT GOOD FOOD... IN FACT IT IS HAZARDOUS TO YOUR HEALTH!

In addition to these five white substances, we must also consider the impact of drugs on our bodies. Most people are aware of how dangerous alcohol and nicotine are to the body, but fail to realize that the caffeine in coffee, tea and soft drinks is also an extremely dangerous substance! Caffeine is called a stimulant because it excites all of the nerve endings in an effort to rid the body of this poisonous substance. If a person drinks over two or three cups of coffee a day on a regular basis, they will usually develop severe drug withdrawal headaches if they suddenly stop drinking it. Alcohol, nicotine and caffeine are dangerous drugs!

Now that we have briefly covered the substances that are creating most of our physical problems, let us look at the foods that nourish and heal our body.
The ideal diet for man is raw fruits and vegetables..
The reason one should maintain at least a 75 to 85 percent ratio of raw foods is that when food is cooked, almost all its nutritional value is destroyed. All enzymes are destroyed by cooking. Approximately 83 percent of all vitamins are destroyed by cooking and the heat changes protein into a form that cannot be assimilated. Cooking also reduces the organic minerals our body needs into an inorganic, unusable form.

In addition to diet, a lifestyle that includes exercise is an essential element to healthy living. Always do stretching exercises, deep breathing exercises and at least an hour of aerobic exercise each day.

FIVE ELEMENTS

When we look to the beauty of nature, we find that five elements provide the foundation for the entire physical world. Ayurveda recognizes these elements–Space, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth—as the building blocks of all material existence.

Whether walking headfirst into a gale of wind or digging our hands into the soil, we possess an inherent familiarity with the elements. All organic and inorganic substances are combinations of these elements, be it a time-polished rock or a shiny piece of plastic. Every object is unique because it contains a varying ratio of the five elements.
Ayurveda also observes the five elements within the human body. We nourish ourselves with foods from the Earth, and eventually, our body returns to the earthly matter from which it came. Water is our life-sustaining nectar, making up more than 70 percent of our total body mass. Fire provides the body with heat and radiant energy and exists within all metabolic and chemical actions. Air flows freely throughout the body, giving movement to biological functions and feeding every cell with oxygen. Space is ever-present, humbly residing in the background, providing the other elements with an opportunity to interact in this way.
From an Ayurvedic perspective, the Water element encompasses more than the substance we call water. It also embodies the physical qualities, biological functions, and energetic properties of this element. For example, Water is liquid, heavy, soft, and cohesive. It governs all bodily fluids and is necessary for chemical reactions to take place in nature. On the subtler levels of the mind and emotions, Water relates to a calm personality and promotes love, compassion, and contentment.

The Five Elements explain why substances of the natural world are harmonious with the human body. We easily utilize plants, herbs, minerals, and water, because these substances are the same in composition and character to our own underlying make-up.

About Vaastu Science / Vaastu Shastra - Relation with Five Basic Elements:
We all agree that the whole universe is made up of five basic elements, the Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space. Our body is also made up of these five basic elements of nature also known as panch-mahabhootas.

The panch-mahabhootas are related to our five senses of smell, taste, hearing, touch and sight. Any imbalance in our external and internal Vaastu translates into unhappy situations. Vaastu teaches the individual to live in balance and harmony with the panch-mahabhootas.

Prithvi (Earth)
Human beings have a natural and emotional affinity with the Earth. The Earth revolves around the Sun and has gravitational and magnetic force. Scientists have proved that earth is a huge magnet with two poles-North pole and South pole.

It has also been proved that the human body is a 'magnetisable' object with a large percentage of iron in the blood. As we all know, opposite poles of a magnet attract each other and same magnetic poles repel each other. The Vastu principle of placing the head in South direction while sleeping is based on earth's magnetic property.

Jal (Water)
After earth, water is the most important element. It is linked to our senses of taste, touch, sight and hearing. It is quantitatively the largest of the five elements, as more than 80% of our body and two-third of earth's surface is water. Most ancient civilizations came up close to rivers and water sources.

Vastu provides important information about the placement of water sources like wells, boring, underground water tank, overhead water tank etc, while planning the house. Positions for drainage of water, septic tanks, sewerage, drains etc. are decided carefully to optimize the benefits of water element.

Agni (Fire)
Sun is the most vital source of energy and light. It is the soul of the universe. Fire element "SUN" is related to our sense of sound, touch and sight. It is difficult to imagine life on earth without Sun.
When the Sun rays combine with water, they get additional benefits. it is, therefore, recommended to have a water source in North-East direction.

To block North-East corner of your building is depriving yourself of most beneficial rays of Sun and has adverse results. The ultra-violet rays normalize the metabolism of the body.

The ancient ritual of "Surya Namaskaar" wherein the beneficial rays of Sun become more potent when seen through fresh water offered to Sun god.

The late afternoon and evening Sun with the harmful infrared rays should be avoided. It is recommended by Vastu to have tall and big trees in the South so that harmful rays of Sun are blocked.

Vayu (Air)
The Air or Vayu is vital for our survival. Our sense of sound, touch and feel are related to Air. The air on earth is a mixture of various gases like nitrogen, oxygen, helium, hydrogen etc.

Oxygen is vital for human beings and nitrogen is essential for the growth of plant life which in turn provides oxygen.

Vastu recommends proper placement of doors, windows, ventilators, balconies, height of structure and placement of trees and plants for balancing the Air element within the structure.

Aakash (Space)
Vastu is the only body of thought that gives Space the status of a natural fundamental element. Vastu Shastra is, therefore, superior to any modern or traditional school of architecture in the world.
It is related to our sense of hearing, in a house, space element is related to the centre portion or the brahmasthan. It is important that brahmasthan be kept open and light. Any disturbances in the space element affects your growth.

Five Elements of Nature in our Body
Five Elements of Nature Air, Water, Earth, Space and Fire along with various other forces of Nature sustain life and maintain equilibrium in this Planet. Imbalance in any of these Elements of Nature leads to chaos. An invisible equation operates within and outside these Five Elements of Nature to maintain the equilibrium on this Planet.

These five Elements of Nature viz. Air, Water, Earth, Space and Fire exists in our body too. Like Nature, imbalance of any of these Elements of Nature in our body too leads to the destruction our health or life. Let us examine in detail, how these Elements function in our body.
(1) The Air:

Air occupies first place in our body. No living being can imagine surviving without the presence of air. A human body consists of two respiratory organs called Lungs. The principal function of Lungs is to transport oxygen from atmosphere in to the bloodstream and release carbon dioxide from bloodstream to the atmosphere. Any irregularity in the respiratory organs leads to death. I believe everyone agree to this point. Therefore, avoid smoking of cigarettes or any other form of harmful tobacco to keep your lungs healthy and last longer. Perform breathing exercises of Yoga called Pranayam every day under the guidance of an able instructor. Pranayam gives ample exercise to your Lungs, thus keep them healthy.

(2) The Water:

The second vital Element of Nature in our body is Water. Water occupies 68% space of our body in different forms of fluid. If the body is put to work, the water level of the body gets reduced. You need to refill the required amount of water to keep yourself healthy. Our body informs us about the requirement of water by different means. 99% of us do not understand its indication until our throat gets dry. Drying of throat and mouth is the last indication by our body to refill its water levels. Urinary inflammation, change of urinary color into red or yellow, bad urinal odour, too much of sweat from body, frequent headaches, drying of throat and mouth etc are the symptoms or indications by our body to refill its water levels. 99% of us drink water only when our mouth and throat dries up. Dr. Mantena emphasize on drinking 5 to 6 litres of water a day because the body loses 2 litres of water a day even by sitting idle without any work. People whose work involves physical activity should drink a little more water than prescribed 5 or 6 litres. But there should be a process of drinking water. If the water is not taken in a procedure, it will do more harm than the good. Do not drink water immediately before eating food, while eating food and after eating food. Drink water half an hour before and two hours after every food you take. Drink as much of water as u can after two hours and before half an hour of eating food. Drinking water during and immediately after eating food dissolves our digestive gases creating problems of indigestion as well as the nutritional enzymes of our food will be excreted from the body along with urine instead of reaching our blood cells.
(3) The Earth:

Third important Element of Nature in our body is Earth. Here Earth is referred to our food from soil. The earth provides us the food to survive. Take all the nutritious and healthy food on this planet, it comes out of soil. There is no better food for humans than the food derived from soil. All the vegetables and fruits are grown from the soil of the Earth. Therefore, soil food is the God made food for human beings. When our ancestors in the past moved out of the jungles in search of their livelihood, they got away from the vegetables and fruits. In order to survive, they had to switch over to animal food in the absence of vegetables. But today, thanks to the development of infrastructure, every fruit and vegetable is available at our yard steps. Still we are ignoring the God gifted food like vegetables. Eating more volume of vegetable curry with less volume of rice is always recommended because the vegetables possess the substance that cleans our intestines. Eat Healthy and Live Healthy.
(4) The Space:

The fourth important Element of Nature in our body is Space or Vaccum. You need vaccum for everything in your body. Need vaccum to eat food, need vaccum to transfer the food to bloodstream etc. Naturopathy suggests eating less and living healthy. You may wonder how? Well… the logic is simple. Identify that food which contains more proteins, vitamins, minerals and all other enzymes and eat them in less number. There is a proverb in Telugu, “Okka saari tine vadu Yogi! Rendu saarlu tine vadu Bhogi! Moodu saarlu tinevadu Rogi” which means a person eating once is a Yogi (master in Yoga), person eating twice is a Bhogi (the one who enjoys all the fruits of sacrifice) and the person who eats thrice is a Rogi (a patient). There is a popular belief in India that the volume of food for humans is predetermined by the God in the Heavens. Once the determined volume of food is consumed by him, he will be taken away from Earth. The digestive system of a body too needs rest. The less you eat, the more it relaxes. This helps in increasing the resistance levels of your body which in turn keeps you away from diseases. Our ancestors had experienced and proved this fact. If you look at the Yogi’s and Sadhu’s living in penance at Himalayas, there were evidences that they lived for and above 100 and 150 years of age. Many Saints have sacrificed their soul and entered into Jeeva Samadhi at their will. If we look back to our grand parents we still find them healthy and doing all their work themselves. That is because they ate less and ate well. Creating a vaccum in the stomach is always beneficial for the body. Dr. Mantena Satyanarayana Raju recommends fasting at least once a week to keep the body clean and healthy. According to him the body has an automatic self cleaning mechanism. Once the body is kept on fasting for a day or two, it cleans itself and relieves you from diseases on its own. Fasting increases the resistance capacity of your body which in turn keeps you away from diseases.
(5) The Fire:

Fire is the fifth and final Element of Nature in our body. Fire refers to as Energy or Strength. We need the fire power to work and stay fit. The absence of fire in our body leads to ill health. The God has given this wonderful Element within our body, which increases the more you spend. You get more energy the more you work. If you observe the people whose work involves severe physical activity are comparatively stronger than the people who work at offices under Air conditioners. In India, among large sections of the community there is a misconception about health. Many feel health is actually connected to wealth. Therefore, people who look big in size are considered healthy because they afford to eat all the expensive and healthy food. But the fact is totally different. Physical activity of our body is must to gain strength. It can be done either by way of exercises or by any other work which involves physical activity.

As long as the man maintains equilibrium of these five Elements of Nature in his body, he remains safe and healthy. The moment he creates an imbalance in any of these Elements, he suffers. When ever there is imbalance in any of these five Elements of Nature we see havoc like Earth Quakes, Storms, and Drought etc. When ever a human tried to disturb the nature of these Elements, he paid for it weather it might be his planet or his body. In order to stay fit and healthy do respect and follow the rules of the body. Perform regular Pranayams to keep control of respiratory system, Drink 5 to 6 Litres of Water a day in the above prescribed manner, Eat healthy and hygienic food derived from the mother soil, Eat less and Keep on fasting atleast once a month to create vaccum in your stomach and work hard physically to gain strength. Those who follow these simple things need no doctor through out his life.

How to be Happy and Joyful

Have no negative beliefs about money, and look upon money as an essential tool to be used wisely. Be happy to live within means, while at the same time strive for greater material abundance in contentment. Maintain the right relationship with money, which is you being the master and the money remaining as faithful servant.

Give up judging and defining others in terms of what they own Have no feelings of superiority over people who are not as financially abundant . At the same time, do not feel inferior and jealous of other people’s financial prosperity. Respect and revere people for the inner qualities they exude and not so much for their external attributes such as money, power, position and status.

I am not the doer

An actor plays many roles on screen, yet when he retires from his work and goes home, he is no longer identified with the roles he is playing. Similarly, as I go through life, I take new roles, and give up old roles. I may play various roles such as being a child, a spouse, a parent, an employee, an employer, a teacher, a friend etc. None of the roles that I play define and limit me - I remain completely independent of the many roles I play.

I am thus not the doer of my actions. This does not mean I am not responsible for my actions. This also does not mean I can resort to inaction. I perform dynamic action without the sense of “I did it”. I am grateful to my source for giving me the abilities due to which I am able to act and serve others. I accept the fruits from my actions in humility as a gift from the divine. I thus give up the need to take personal credit for everything I do and achieve, for that is only my ego exercising it’s existence.

In giving up doer ship, I burn my past karma, stop accumulating new karma, and thus progress spiritually. When I act without my ego, no action can bind me. In giving up doer ship, I give up my deepest form of identification and ignorance - that I am the individual doer of my actions. In thus “getting out of my own way”, I allow my higher self, the pure consciousness, the spirit, to shine it's brilliance through me.

INTENSITY OF YOUR ASKING MANIFEST WHAT YOU WANT AND WHAT U DO NOT WANT

in your life. Consequently, two type of things show up in your life 1) What you really, really, really want and 2) What you really, really, really do not want! Thus, if you are NOT strongly for or against something, it is less likely to show up in your life. The key to manifesting the things you want is thus having intense passion for all the things that you want, while at the same time giving up all resistance towards the things that you do not want.
You cannot fly by thinking of staying on the ground. You cannot swim by thinking of drowning. You cannot save money by thinking about all things you want to buy. You cannot lose weight by thinking of eating high calorie foods. You cannot create good health by thinking of all the ways you can get sick. You cannot be a topper in school by thinking of getting failing grades. In the same way, you can never create a happy life by consistently thinking of things that are making you feel bad. If you want to create a happy life, your thoughts need to be shift from things that make you feel bad to things that make you consistently feel good.
You become what you do every day.

For example:
• You smoke everyday, and you become a smoker.
• You drink everyday, and you become an alcoholic.
• You overeat everyday, and you become obese.
• You neglect your health every day, and you become sick.
• You neglect your relationship every day, and it turns sour.
• You spend beyond your limits every day, and you become poor.
• You practice being unhappy every day, and you become depressed.
Likewise:
• You exercise everyday, and you become fit.
• You sing everyday, and you become a singer.
• You run every day, and you become a runner.
• You write everyday, and you become a writer.
• You eat moderately every day, and you maintain healthy weight.
• You think business every day, and you become a businessman.
• You work diligently every day, and become successful in your career.
• You save and make your money grow every day, and you become wealthy.
• You read a little every day, and you become knowledgeable on that subject.
• You spend quality time in your relationship every day, and develop healthy relationships.
• You practice being happy every day, and you become a happy person.
• You strive for spiritual growth every day, and you grow spiritually.

Everything that is part of your life became so because you have been meditating upon it consistently. People who are very good at what they do find a way to consistently do the things they are passionate about without taking long absences from it. Thus, if there is something that does not serve you that you wish to eliminate from your life, simply find a way to do it infrequently until you completely stop doing it. Conversely, if there is something you want to develop within yourself, find a way to do it every day, and one day it will become a natural part of you.

The day to take charge and create the life you want is thus today

You are not your body - you have a body.
You are not your mind - you have a mind.
You are not your intellect - you have an intellect.
You are thus something other than your body, mind and intellect

How to make life better

All of us are more conscious in some areas of life, and less conscious in other areas of life. The areas of our life that work best are the the ones in which we operate more consciously. Thus, If you are conscious of your health, your health is likely to be good. Similarly, if you are conscious of the money you earn/save/spend/invest, you financial house is likely to be in order, and so on for every area of life.

You cannot make an improvement in the areas of life that you are unconscious about. In being unconscious, you are no better than the person lying down in the operation table under the influence of anesthesia.

This “unconsciousness”, is what is termed as “ignorance” in many spiritual traditions. It is the blind spots that we have with respect to how we are thinking, feeling and acting in self-sabotaging ways. The key to improving our life thus starts with bringing more consciousness to different areas of life, and the goal of all spiritual paths is just that - becoming more conscious of our thoughts, emotions and actions as each day goes by.

Moorthy pooja

Why do we pray to stone idols when God is everywhere? How can stone be a intermediary between God and man? "

We keep photographs of our loved ones like romantic partners, children, parents etc, in our wallet, purse, office desk, on our mobile phones, or on our computer screens right? The photograph is just printed paper, or digital pixels, and not our loved ones. When our loved ones are far away, we see their photograph to make up for their absence. We do not think - “Oh that this only a piece of paper, or pixels of screen”. On the other hand, when we see the photo, our heart warms up and it feels as if our loved ones are in front of us. Using the photo as a intermediary symbol, we serve our purpose - which is to connect with our loved ones in our heart.

In the same way, most people find it easier to perceive God having some name and form, as the nature of the mind is to associate with names and forms. The devotee creates an idol of God as a symbol he can personally relate to. He uses the idol as an intermediary to connect with his beloved God in his heart, just as we use photographs to connect with our loved ones. This is usually done in followers of Bhakti Yoga, where a personal God is advocated. Another example of a symbol is the profile picture we put up on facebook. In the absence of the person in front of us, the profile picture helps to relate to the person better. Although we all know it is just a set of pixels, most of us would agree that a facebook profile with a picture looks better and is easier to relate to as compared to a profile with no picture.

This is not to say that you have to have a symbol for God. Followers of Vedanta have no need for a symbol for God. The Vedantin reaches out to God via rigorous, analytical study of the meta-physical realities that is expounded in the scriptures. Instead of an idol to visualize, he attempts to grasp God via his intellect, understanding Him to be the divine, formless, eternal, immutable consciousness that dwells within each one of us.

MAKE LIFE WORTH LIVING

GOOD HABITS TO BE HEALTHY

Need to have physical exercise for minimum of 45 minutes daily.

Eat your food at perfect timings, like how you eat during your school days.

Eat in small quantities more times and have lot of vegetables and boiled food, try to avoid fry items and oily food. Fish is good than other non-vegetarian food.

Sleep for 8 hours a day, this count should complete before sun rising.

Stop smoking.

Genetic problems, we can not avoid but we can get away form it by having regular checkups.

Find a way to get relived from the stress (Yoga, Meditation . etc).

It is in your hands to turn the situation up side down, by just planning / changing your life style, by following simple points above. Life is worth living and GOD gives you life only once.

The MAIN CAUSES of LIVER DAMAGE are:

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause.

2. Not urinating in the morning.

3. Too much eating.

4. Skipping breakfast.

5. Consuming too much medication.

6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and
artificial sweetener.

7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.

8. Consuming overly done foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store. We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to "schedule." Because:

Evening at 9 - 11pm : is the time for eliminating unnecessary toxic
chemicals (de-toxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time one is still in an unrelaxed state such as socializing, drinking, eating out, this will have a negative impact on health.

Evening at 11pm - 1am : is the de-toxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 1 - 3am : de-toxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 3 - 5am : de-toxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the de-toxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.

Morning 5 - 7am : de-toxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.

Morning 7 - 9am : absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you
should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier,
before 6:30am , for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 -10am rather than no meal at all. Sleeping so late and waki ng up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late

ALL THE BEST FOR A GOOD HEALTHY AND HAPPY LIFE

LAW OF ATTRACTION

The book "Secrect" reveals:
Money, relationships, career, anything your heart desires is ready to fulfill your life. All you have to do is ask the Universe, and the Law of Attraction is The Key. There is a universal energy from which all things are made. This energy fills the entire universe. Mankind has the ability to create a thought and cause the subject of the thought to be created within this field of Universal Energy. To manifest something new, simply hold an image of what you seek in your mind. And express gratitude to the Universe for having granted this to you. To achieve wealth, apply this same principle – hold a clear vision of the wealth you hope to attain. Then express gratitude that this wealth is coming to you. You must have unwavering faith and devout gratitude. All that you include in your mental image will come to you through the physical realm – through the process of natural ways such as trade and commerce. To claim this wealth, you must be active. You must do all that you can do each day to make this vision a reality. Especially strive to deliver to others something of value greater than what they paid you for. And the riches they receive will be in the exact proportion to the definiteness of their vision, the fixity of their purpose, the steadiness of their faith, and the depth of their gratitude.

Simple science which everyone knows:
Peer within yourself and you’ll find that you’re made of molecules. Peer further
and these molecules are made of atoms.
What are atoms?
Atoms are the basic building blocks of matter that make up everyday objects. A desk, the air, even you are made up of atoms!
There are 90 naturally occurring kinds of atoms. Scientists in labs have been able to make about 25 more
Atoms are made out of three basic particles
Protons -- carry a positivie charge
Neutrons—carry no charge found in 1932
Protons and netrones join together to form the nucleus the central part of the atom
Electrons – carry a negative charge and circle the nucleus i.e. protons and neutrons

Inside the protons particles called quarks found by scientists in 1968 there are 3 quarks in each protons which are held together by a particle called gluons-
elementary particles dancing a cosmic dance.
But go one step deeper and now you’re no longer matter – but energy.
Everything is made up of this Universal Energy. Including you.

If everything is made up of energy, and this energy is what we call God, or Higher Consciousness – then you are part of The scientist Steve Grand wrote the following:

Think of an experience from your childhood. Something you remember clearly, something you can see, feel, maybe even smell, as if you were really there. After all, you really were there at the time, weren’t you? How else would you remember it?
But here is the bombshell: you weren’t there. Not a single atom that is your body today was there when that event took place….Matter flows from place to place and momentarily comes together to be you. Whatever you are, therefore, you are not the stuff of which you are made. If that doesn’t make the hair stand at the back of you neck, read it again until it does, because it is important.

You are energy in physical form. Or, to use a spiritual concept – you are a soul within a physical body – a particle of God.
Forget the religious definition of God for a moment. Think of God as an all encompassing Universal force. The energy that makes up the universe. A rock may look like it’s still, but within it are trillions of subatomic particles whizzing about and brimming with energy. The rock is pure energy and movement – it’s solidity and stillness are purely an illusion.
God. Like every rock, every animal, every tree, every planet spinning around every distant star.

This Universal energy is so powerful it can manifest or destroy anything within. Anything u think can be got from here. Your strong thought plus emotion should be true and should go and hit this Universal energy and also u should have the faith and gratitude also. Utmost faith can bring infront of you whatever u want from this Universal energy. U can call it as ur GOD or ALMIGHTY.

You, too, are pure energy – but with one difference. You are conscious of yourself. This self-awareness, when directed, can allow you to dictate what experiences you choose to bring into your world.
That which you think about, you create. Thoughts are things! And that which you think about, good or bad – you create into your own reality.
We all work with one infinite power. We all guide ourselves by the same law. That one law is the Law of Attraction. That which you think about – you attract into your life.
The law of attraction is always working. You can never escape it. You’re attracting everything that comes into your life. When you understand this law – you understand The Secret – and you can now dictate what you choose to come into your life.
We become what we think about!

BHAGAWAD GITA

The Bhagavad Gita ("Song of God") is the essence of the Vedas and Upanishads. It is a universal scripture applicable to people of all temperaments, for all times. It is a book with sublime thoughts and practical instructions on Yoga, Devotion, Vedanta and Action. The Bhagavad Gita has influenced many great thinkers over the years.
• Why do you worry without cause? Whom do you fear without reason? Who can kill you? The soul is neither born, nor does it die.
• Whatever happened, happened for the good; whatever is happening, is happening for the good; whatever will happen, will also happen for the good only. You need not have any regrets for the past. You need not worry for the future. The present is happening...
• What did you lose that you cry about? What did you bring with you, which you think you have lost? What did you produce, which you think got destroyed? You did not bring anything - whatever you have, you received from here. Whatever you have given, you have given only here. Whatever you took, you took from God. Whatever you gave, you gave to him. You came empty handed, you will leave empty handed. What is yours today, belonged to someone else yesterday, and will belong to someone else the day after tomorrow. You are mistakenly enjoying the thought that this is yours. It is this false happiness that is the cause of your sorrows.
• Change is the law of the universe. What you think of as death, is indeed life. In one instance you can be a millionaire, and in the other instance you can be steeped in poverty. Yours and mine, big and small - erase these ideas from your mind. Then everything is yours and you belong to everyone.
• This body is not yours, neither are you of the body. The body is made of fire, water, air, earth and ether, and will disappear into these elements. But the soul is permanent - so who are you?
• Dedicate your being to God. He is the one to be ultimately relied upon. Those who know of his support are forever free from fear, worry and sorrow.
• Whatever you do, do it as a dedication to God. This will bring you the tremendous experience of joy and life-freedom forever.

Be afraid of nothing. Hating none, giving love to all, feeling the love of God, seeing His presence in everyone, and having but one desire - for His constant presence in the temple of your consciousness - that is the way to live in this world."
